Ivy’s body was found floating in a lake; she had drowned. After nearly a year of investigation, authorities believe that Ivy’s death was not a typical accidental drowning, and charged her parents with neglect.
Ivy “enjoyed dolls, dressing up, batman, dinosaurs, climbing, unicorns, mermaids, the movie Frozen, Disney and the color lavender,” according to her obituary.
